Rules & Policies

Whilst Zygma provides training using PECB-Certified instructors, all matters of Certification are the ultimate responsibility of PECB.  Zygma will do all it can to support its course participants in securing the Certification to which they are entitled, whilst itself adhering strictly to the PECB Code of Ethics and Rules & Procedures, which Zygma upholds.

Non-discrimination and Special Circumstances

All candidate applications shall be evaluated objectively, without regard to age, sex, race, religion, national origin, marital status or other such factors.  PECB will accommodate special circumstances as recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or any other equivalent national law, as long as the disability is not one which would render the individual incapable of performing the duties associated with their intended certified competence.  A candidate whose circumstances require special consideration must submit in writing a request to be so treated, allowing an extra two weeks for processing of their application.

Complaints, grievances and appeals

Should an application for Certification be declined, any consequent appeal must be made no later than 30 days after the applicant is denied certification.  PECB will provide the applicant with a written response within 30 days of receipt of the written appeal. Please contact PECB, should you need a complaint form.
